GRM
International is hiring a Jakarta-based Project Coordinator to provide support
to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded HIV Cooperation
Program for Indonesia (HCPI), DFAT-funded Education Partnership Performance
Oversight and Monitoring (EP-POM), and other small projects as required. The
Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating essential
administrative and accounting functions on the project(s).
Interested
candidates for the position should have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (business, accounting, etc.)
- Experience in providing administrative support for development projects in complex settings.
- Minimum five years project coordination experience, preferably on DFAT (formerly AusAID) or other large donor programs
- Proven superior financial and contractual management experience
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of consistently meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level IT skills for preparation of both written and financial reports.
- Competency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
