As a Program Coordinator you should
have a strong capacity on manage the intermediary program within the
organization.
B. Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate lobby and advocacy related programs at the national level, regional, and international
- Perform and develop networking and relationships with multiparty (stakeholders) nationally and internationally with an effective communication strategy for internal and external (business partners)
- Coordinating the preparation of grant disbursement
- Communicate with partners, including, but not limited to: sending template letters as needed, answering inquiries and processing decline letters, revised proposal and report selected partners
- Coordinating input data and update information on partners profile (intake process)
- Monitor grants implementation, including through visits, phone, email and reviewing reports
- Contribute to the development of program strategy, annual work and budget planning and implementation for overall program.
- Together with the team, develop proposal related with the work unit
- Maintain ongoing, active relationships with other civil society organizations relevant with the organization
- Prepare narrative and financial report of program implementation to the Executive Director and related institution
Qualifications
- Holds minimum undergraduate degree S1 from any relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in NGOs sector, especially in coordinating and managing program at the national scale
- Good understanding on civil society and social movement in Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and can work as individual as well as teamwork
- Able to manage and maintain relation with various parties (grassroots community, NGOs, government, donor and media).
- Strong analytical skills based on human rights and gender perspective
- Good computer and sufficient English language skills, both spoken and written.
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to meet deadline in timely manner within an energetic and busy team environment.
C. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer
As MEL
Officer you should have ability to develop an effective and efficient
monitoring, evaluation and knowledge development of the organizations.
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate the strategic program planning to better ensure the achievement of the vision, core values and mission of IKa
- Perform and coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of programs to develop indicators, instrument and an effective reporting system.
- Coordinate, manage and develop knowledge management system to provide substantive input to the development of program and organization.
- Editing and finalizing the periodic and final report of program and organization
- Regular review and monitoring of the work unit performance
- Planning and Re-planning of the next program
- Review, monitoring and periodic evaluation of work unit performance
- Together with the team, develop proposal related with the work unit
- Prepare narrative and financial report of program implementation to the Executive Director
Qualifications
- Holds minimum undergraduate degree (S1) from any relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in NGOs sector, especially in monitoring and evaluation field
- Good understanding on civil society and social movement in Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and can work as individual as well as teamwork
