CONTRACTS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective management of all contracts with partner organisations and to support partners in correct use of grant funds
- Implement an internal audit process for partner grants
- Preparing monthly/quarterly fund requests/estimates and review schedule of payments
- Facilitating training in financial management to partner organisations
- Provide guidance on contract matters and monitor compliance by partner organisations with established procedures, and
- Maintaining contracts data base (master tracking) in coordination with the finance team.
Qualifications required:
- Tertiary Degree in Finance/Accounting with a minimum three year experience in contract management
- Experience in providing financial training and mentoring/coaching
- Experience in conducting financial audit
- Demonstrate a strong analytical thinking and pro-activeness towards an issue
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills; excellent computer skills especially spreadsheet and database; and ability to work in English and Indonesian .
