Position Summary
Responsible in coordinating CMM works in different sectors and report to Program Management Assistant Manager, common duties include ensuring data availability from all OD departments (including CDPs), reviewing project implementation approval, monitor CDP activity on a monthly basis, and develop report of each CDP achievement

Key Responsibilities
- Review data from OD subordinates in order to ensure data availability and alignment with internal policies and procedures.
- Review submitted project implementation approval (PIA) or Terms of References (ToR) in order to examine CDP’s goals, method, and budget for each activity.
- Develop compiled report of each CDP OD program activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in order to monitor performance and target accomplishment.
- Check and review Emergency Relief (ER) Conditional Report and ER Report in order to examine ER activity conducted in CDP.
- Compile CDC, community, and volunteer involvement in order to gather data for ensuring their participation in OD program activities.
- S1 / Bachelor Degree preferably in social welfare, development studies, statistic, public health, education
- 2+ years of relevant working experiences
- Preferably 1+ years of CDPs working experiences
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in NGO
- Attention to details, problem solver, open minded, multitasking
- Have a good communication skills and project reporting skill
- Have a good understanding about Project Management Monitoring
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Good skill in computer use ( Ms Office )
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
