UNICEF INDONESIA is searching for a CHIEF FIELD OFFICE
based in Jayapura, Papua
Join UNICEF and lead a team of committed professionals working in Papua and West Papua Provinces.
Help us
find with partners new solutions to keep children in school, to reduce
child and maternal mortality, to prevent violence against children, and
to promote equity for the most disadvantaged.
As a member
of our Country Management Team, participate in decision making for
Indonesia and take an active role in advocating for the rights of girls
and boys, mothers and communities.
What we need:
- You have at least 5 years professional experience and an advanced University degree in Social Sciences, Development, Public Health, Education Sciences, Management, Communication or other relevant fields - or a first University degree combined with at least 8 years of professional experience.
- You have confirmed experience leading and supervising teams working with Government, civil society organizations, or with the private sector (on corporate social responsibility and other).
- You are familiar with project/programme management and coordination, design and planning, advocacy and partnerships building, or evaluation and research.
- You have a good command of English both spoken and written.

Competitive salary: Ranging from IDR 46 to 70 million (net monthly), depending on qualifications and experience.
