Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest for the Grants Program Coordinator, Jakarta based, on
 our USAID LESTARI project. USAID’s LESTARI project supports the 
Government of Indonesia to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and 
conserve biodiversity in carbon rich and biologically significant forest
 and mangrove ecosystems.
Job
 Summary: The Grants Coordinator manages a $3.6m small grants fund to 
support local initiatives for land-based climate change mitigation, and 
site and species-based conservation.
Based in Jakarta, the position is 
responsible for grants planned for Aceh, Central Kalimantan and Papua. 
The Grants Coordinator is responsible for preparation of a Grants Manual
 compliant with USAID regulations, and all aspects of grants project 
cycle management including procurement, implementation, monitoring and 
evaluation, and closeout.
The Grants Coordinator will oversee a Grants 
Specialist in Jakarta, and must coordinate closely with Jakarta and 
field-based staff and partners to ensure the grants program aligns with 
broader project implementation. Requirements include previous grants 
management experience, familiarity with USAID procedures and 
regulations, and demonstrated ability to play a leadership role working 
on a multi-disciplinary team. University degree in related field 
required.
