Job Description- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all program activities by providing technical inputs based on relevant field-based experiences.
- Develop and implement, with the support of the Youth Empowerment Specialist/LS3 Specialist, the most appropriate intervention for adolescent girls.
- Provide leadership in the implementation of all project activities based upon approved plans, budgets and agreements, and in compliance with organizational policies/procedures, operational systems, and donor requirements and regulations.
- Closely coordinate with the 5 Local Partners in ensuring the implementation of project activities within approved plans, budgets and agreements, and in compliance with organizational policies/procedures, operational systems, and donor requirements and regulations.
- Conduct program/project monitoring visits, training preparation and spot checks in the areas of assignment and address identified performance problems/issues.
- Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders(Government officials, NGOs, Schools, media) at the local level for resource sharing and complementation (financial, technical, etc.).
- Maintain a positive relationship with the donor through the preparation and submission of timely and high-quality reports and documentation.
- Work to develop the budget, track spending, and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Assist and collaborate with concerned staff to conduct initiatives aimed to enhance program quality and secure additional funding to support and expand services to enrolled families and children.
- Expand networking to the relevant at the project area level.
- Deployable to other national offices and or to other program areas to provide support, eg during emergency response, or if there's the need for support of similar interventions.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant human services discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience; advanced degree desirable.
- Experience in managing community development programs
- Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, management and evaluation of programs is preferred
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
- Have skills and experience to deliver training
- Good oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to travel to program locations; where applicable
- 3 + years experience working on programs related to Gender, Trafficking and Child Protection
