Responsibilities:
Preparing
Administration related to personnel
- Accurate and timely review of the agreement related to personnel
- Accurate and timely renewal of agreement related to personnel
- Accurate and timely amendment of agreement related to personnel
- Accurate OIC Letter
- Regularly remind final payment, payment related to OIC, payment related to HR Consultant
- Accurate Letter of Reference
- Pro-active in collecting new employee's document
- Accurate monitoring administration related to HR Consultant
Preparing Agreement for Program Consultant
Pro-active in
collecting documents related to Program Consultant's agreement
Accurate agreement for
Program Consultant
Maintain HR Database
- Regularly updating monthly employee list and circulate it to CMT
- Regularly updating HR Consultant list
- Regularly updating OIC list
Assist Grant Management
Regularly monitoring the contractual status of all staff and
ensure that the employee contracts information is updated and accurate.
Timely remind the collection of annual appraisal
Updating organization's policy
Accurate review of organization's policy
based on updates
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor
Degree
in economy or Social Science
Skills:
Computer , Written communication, Managerial, Interpersonal relation,
Accounting, Accuracy in figures, Filing, Fluent in Indonesian and English (oral
and written)
Knowledge: Accounting Principles, Indonesian tax and
labor laws
