We are currently seeking to fill the following position: Relief Project Manager-RPM
Basic Salary: IDR 13.000.000
Relief Project Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of Relief Project in Central Sulawesi and ensuring smooth implementation of project activities and potential expansion. Relief Project Manager will ensure the quality of project implementation, ensure that all required reporting and documentation is completed with high quality and in a timely manner, management of partners and consultants, and represent Relief Project in forums and technical meetings. This position also serves in day to day FH Indonesia operation in Central Sulawesi area. Relief Project Manager will be based in Palu city with regular field visits to the project area.
To accomplish these responsibilities, the Relief Project Manager works closely with all parties involved in the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring at the global and national levels. Relief Project Manager also must actively participate in virtual technical meetings organized at a regional and global level.
Essential duties and responsibilities

Key Result #1 – Provide strategic leadership and management of funded project
- Provide project activity and budgetary oversight and supervision and ensure that all planned activities, outputs, and impacts are achieved over the life of the project in strict adherence to donor agreements, government regulations, and other agreed standards;
- Ensure that project activities are carried out according to the established Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and within approved budget, working closely with the Program Manager and technical officer/specialist or consultant;
- Ensure complete, timely and accurate project documentation, including writing high-quality monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by the donor and country office;
- Respond to all information requests from the donor or stakeholders regarding the project on a timely basis;
- Prepare monthly and annual procurement plan and cash flow requests and oversee specific budget performance of the project;
- Oversee and support monitoring and evaluation of the project and recommend adjustments to the project as needed based on intermediate results;
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of staff assigned to the project;
- Provide direct line management for assigned project staff;
- Work closely with the Human Resource Coordinator to coordinate and participate in annual performance reviews for project staffs and ensure that all staff under his/her supervision are given proper induction and orientation on FH Indonesia policies and the Heartbeat of FH.
- Participate in the overall FH Indonesia program strategy and development;
- Work closely with the Sponsorship unit to coordinate the potential expansion of FH Relief and Development works through Vulnerability Assessment in Central Sulawesi;
Education:
- A Master’s degree in Community Development/Project Planning and Management is preferred.
- Must have a Bachelors degree (B.A.) in one of the following; Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Organizational Studies.
- Indonesia citizen with experience working in INGOs within multi-sectoral fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working at a middle management level (Project Coordinator/Manager, Team Leader) with a well-respected international NGO in Indonesia;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Working knowledge of monitoring and evaluation procedures and processes;
- Ability to recruit, hire, manage and develop staff; strong mentoring capacity is essential;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Proficient in communication products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype, Zoom, and/or GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar; and mobile survey tools (ODK, KOBO Toolbox, or similar) and statistical analysis software (SPSS, EPI-Info, or similar);
- Highly organized and efficient in time management;
- High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
- This position requires the ability to travel extensively to the fields;
- This position also requires the ability to travel domestic and international route;
- Able to multi-task and juggle a wide variety of activities and responsibilities.
- High degree of fluency in both written and spoken Indonesia and English (level B-2)-MANDATORY;
- Good writing skills for correspondence and report creation based on data synthesis;
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret project and assessment qualitative and quantitative data and reports;
- Ability to create and maintain project budgets.
- Studies, understands and applies the Foundations of FH, Safeguarding policies, and Core Humanitarian Standards;
- Effectively and efficiently manages all resources entrusted for work purposes;
- Maintains an attitude and behavior in accordance with FH values and principles;
