MED
Coordinator ( Soe and Kefa )
Responsibilities:
Program Quality
- Provide critical technical input into the program strategy, design and Detailed Implementation Plan of MED Training in agriculture sector for YWEE- EC Project
- Develop program implementation guidelines and tools
- Making ToR & Budget for Project Implementing
- Identified potential partner for develop project implementation
- Liaison & coordination with partners
- Working with TVET to Conduct MED Training for beneficiries
- Conduct consultancy on agriculture for beneficiries and target groups
- Conduct MED Activities in agriculture sector for beneficiries and target groups
- Supervise the field implementation of projects
- Monitoring & Reporting the Implementing of project
- Reporting regarding with the progress & status project to Project Manager
- Ensure that beneficiaries business planning implemented
- Monitoring and Identify potential market of beneficiaries products
- Ensure that beneficiaries planting of the variety due to market demand.
Learning
- Document learning in program and best practices
- Share learning and best practices and insure that they are incorporated into future work
- Help to develop and oversee ToRs for research and evaluation in sector.
- Ensure you are up to date with current trends and thinking in the market opportunity of beneficiaries products
- Conduct continuous search for innovation and improved learning program practices within and outside YWEE Project to pursue continuous program improvement
Networking and advocacy
- Networking and coordination with others involved in the MED sector
- Support advocacy activities in the villages, sub districts, district and provincial level,
- Advocate at national level where needed.
- Develop market networking system for beneficiaries products
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor in
Agriculture or Agribusiness
Knowledge and Skill: Strategic
planning and evaluating skills, Strong analytical skills, Good command of oral
and written communications, Good facilitation and negotiation skill, Excellent
understanding of agriculture sector, Monitoring and identification skill, Negotiation

Attitude: High integrity, Loyal,

to area of expertise, Hard
workers
Experience: At least 2 years
experience in agriculture expertise, especially horticulture subsector
