ECCD Senior Officer (Lembata, Sikka dan Nagekeo)
Responsibilities:
Project
Implementation
- Responsible for CM ECCD project implementation at sub district until village leve
- Train, mentor and supervise partner to facilitate in sub district and village level activities in ECCD (Parenting, ECCD center and transition to Primary School
- Facilitate regular meeting with partner in Parenting, ECCD Center and transition to Primary School
- Ensure trainings, workshops, coordination meetings
which involve local governments/partners are conducted at sub district until
village level
- Develop activity plan in quarter
and annual in line with supervisor planning and budget.
- Ensure efficient distribution of materials and resources to field as required
Community
Mobilizing
- Maintain positive relationships with community level institutions and individuals
- Ensure community buy-in to the need for improved early childhood supports
Monitoring and
advocacy
- Become Plan Indonesia’s point person at sub district and village for CM ECCD project implementation who coordinates all partners in order to reach project’s objectives
- Monitoring project implementation.
- Project progress report monthly and quarterly, including data collecting regularly.
- At least write case study/MSC story for each quarter
- Develop strategy and approach for advocacy material and implementing advocacy activities at sub district level.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Social
Science, preferable in Community Development
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in development work with international NGO., Minimum
2 years experience managing ECCD project
Attitude:
High integrity, Honest, Time manner
Knowledge
and skill: Facilitation and coaching
skill, Ability to manage and negotiate with partners, Good interpersonal
skill and team work , Familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom, speaking
local language where assigned, Computer literate, Strong competencies in
writing report and MSC stories, Proven track of hard works in meeting the
deadline, Strong competencies in monitoring, data collecting and record keeping
