across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for
more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education
and economic development across transformational development,
humanitarian emergency
affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO
consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community
empowerment and disaster management.
World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :
Education Team Leader
(Code: ETL)
Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
Major Roles:
to
support World Vision Indonesia's strategic mandate to improve Child
Well Being by providing overall leadership and technical support to
WVIDN's education
program (early childhood development, basic education and life skills
development), ensuring projects and staff meets performance goal,
maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia
in advocating for and responding to education needs in Indonesia.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Education or Social Development
- 3 - 5 years experience in education (early childhood development, basic education and life skills development) programming works
- Understanding the humanitarian industry
- Good leadership
- Literacy in global and national education issues
- Excellent interpersonal, representational and networking skills and cross cultural sensitivity.
