Yayasan Lengis Hijau Vacancy: Office Manager & Liaison Officer, Bali

Yayasan Lengis Hijau (YLH) is a non profit social enterprise for recycling of used cooking oil into high quality biodiesel founded by Caritas Switzerland.

We are looking for qualified, dynamic and highly motivated personnel to fill some positions to be based in Bali.

1. Office Manager (OM)

Main responsibilities:
  • Be responsible in general office management 
  • Organize fleets and coordinate office operational.
  • Maintain office communication and administration records.
  • Handle finance and accounting of the organization; organizing cashbook and bankbook.
  • Maintain cash, overview cash flow including financial planning and control.
  • Ensure that proper financial procedures and systems are in place according to the financial policies and guidelines of YLH.
  • Prepare in close coordination with the respective Supervisor budget revisions. Budget elaboration and budget control of running and personnel costs and projects.
  • Prepare monthly financial report
  • Prepare monthly payroll of staff
  • Be responsible in HR tasks
  • Assist in procurements activities
  • Perform any other tasks related to finance and office management.
Qualifications:
  • D3 or S1 in business administration, accounting, economy or related field of study. 
  • At least 3 year experiences in handling office administration, finance & accounting and management. 
  • Have a leadership skill and analytical thinking. 
  • Able to communicate well in English, both in written and spoken
  • Computer literate and using internet facilities.
  • Reliable, committed personality and strong moral character.
  • Motorbike driving license is an asset.
  • Balinese language skills are an asset.
2. Liaison Officer (LO)
Main responsibilities:
  • Supporting baseline surveys at hotels and restaurants 
  • Collecting and documenting information from hotels and restaurants 
  • Supporting the organization of information events, planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
  • Conduct presentations pertaining project activities, when required. 
  • Reporting to the Team Leader
  • Have experiences in purchasing/ direct sales preferable in hotel business will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of fundrasing proposal will be an advantage. 
  • Perform any other tasks related to marketing and promotion, database management, communication and public awareness.
Qualifications:
  • D3 or S1 in communication, marketing, public relation or related field of study. 
  • At least 2 year experience (S1) or 3 years experience (D3) in PR or marketing or hotel business.
  • Strong communication and writing skills. 
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, both in written and spoken.
  • Computer literate and using internet facilities.
  • Reliable, committed personality and strong moral character.
  • Motorbike driving license is an asset.
  • Balinese language skills are an asset.
