For our Sustainable Cocoa
Production Program (SCPP) in Indonesia, we are looking for a
ICT
Assistant – 3 months contract with the possibility of extension.
The SCPP is a large Public Private Partnership
(“PPP”) in Indonesia which has started in January 2012. The Program is financed
by the Swiss Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, The Sustainable Trade
Initiative IDH, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and five Private
Sector Companies from the cocoa sector for the duration from 2012 – 2015. The
Program works directly with 60,000 cocoa farming households in six Indonesian
Provinces to improve farm productivity and livelihood conditions.

IT Helpdesk
/ Technical Support Assistant
This
position is to assist Sr. IT Officer as needed in providing service to
employees and systems management. Responsible
for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and
maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure at a
lower level of IT services.
Essential
Criteria:
Education
and technical skills: Technical degree or diploma and/or equivalent business
experience.
Minimum
1 – 3 years’ experience years’ work experience in a helpdesk or IT support
role. Relevant professional certificate such as MCP or MCSE is an advantage.
Strong communication and phone skills; excellent customer service, analytical
and problem solving skills a must, Strong support knowledge of PC hardware,
Microsoft operating systems, MS Office Suite and Office 365 suite, SharePoint
Intranet.
Good
in English and Bahasa
Indonesian
