MOBILITY SPECIALIST

UCP Roda Untuk Kemanusiaan (UCPRUK) on behalf of Yayasan WAFCAI (Wheelchairs And Friendship Center of Asia Indonesia) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mobility Specialist. UCPRUK is an Indonesian Yayasan whom operating in partnership with an international NGO, UCP Wheels for Humanity (UCPWFH). UCPWFH has been providing wheelchairs worldwide for over 16 years. UCP Wheels for Humanity is focused on the quality of work provided internationally and the development of groundbreaking and progressive programs.

The Mobility Specialist will be responsible for conducting qualified wheelchair service provision and trainings based on UCPRUK’s established annual plan. The position will report directly to UCPRUK and support not only the process of wheelchair service provision but also the wheelchair service quality monitoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Conducting UCPRUK’s wheelchair service provision individually and in team 
  • Conducting UCPRUK’s wheelchair service quality monitoring
  • Perform logistical and administrative tasks related to the wheelchair service provision and the implementation of trainings
  • Assist in developing & conducting a monitoring and evaluation plan for clients to ensure ongoing quality services for all UCPRUK clients  
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
  • Degree in related field or minimum 3 years working experience 
  • Good communication skill (also at public speaking) and sensitivity to work with community
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point, Excel) and data entry skill preferable
  • Fluent English
  • Skilled in logistical and administration work
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Hard worker, fast learner, mature
  • North Jakarta and Bekasi based  
  • Willingness to travel
