Maternal Neonatal and Child Health Program Advisor ( Fix Term)
( Jakarta )
 
Develops MNCH Country Program strategy, Program Framework and implementation guideline based on Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) principles and strategy, Monitors and evaluates program ensuring programs and their progress are evidence based., Ensures learning’s are documented, disseminated and applied, partnership, networking, representation and raising awareness, regular program reporting, and expansion of grant funding
 
Requirements:
§  6-8  years experience on MNCH
§  At least 3 years experience in management
§  Strong English Skills in verbal, writing & reporting ( is a must )
§  Confident to represent Plan Indonesia to broader stakeholders ( including Government & Donors ) in national & international level
§  Strong networking, negotiation and presentation skills
§  Strong program’s management, monitoring & evaluation skills
§   Health Degree or relevant Field ( preferable Master Degree )
§  Proven track of hard works in meeting the deadline
§  Computer literate
