Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund Vacancy: Graphic Designer, National

In 2009 the Government of Indonesia (GoI) established a national trust fund mechanism called the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) to facilitate and coordinate financial support for climate change related activities. ICCTF is the first integrated financial mechanism for Indonesia’s national policies and programs on addressing climate change. Current ICCTF governance structure includes a Steering Committee, Technical Committee and Secretariat. ICCTF operates in three thematic windows: land based mitigation, energy, and resilience and adaptation.  
ICCTF is currently looking for qualified national candidate to fill the following position: 

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (National)
Under the guidance and supervision of PREP-ICCTF National Project Manager, the Graphic Designer will prepare and finalize the lay-out of ICCTF publication and presentation materials in the forms of hard copy, soft copy, and web content, as well as the process of their production, reproduction, distribution, and dissemination. He/she will be directly accountable to National Project Manager of PREP-ICCTF and Head of ICCTF Secretariat, for the acceptable graphic quality of all relevant ICCTF publications.
He/she shall support the staffs of ICCTF Secretariat in developing and drafting the documents required for day-to-day ICCTF Secretariat operation, and also in supporting the design and operation of ICCTF ERP system.
Requirements:
  • University degree, in design arts, architecture, computer science or other relevant fields.
  • Hands-on work experience in graphic design particularly on book layout.
  • Experience in working with government institution and international organization is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in target based works.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; commitment to team work and to working across disciplines.
  • Good team player, self starter, has ability to work under minimum supervision and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office, image processing, publishing and presentation softwares.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
