The
Program Coordinator will work closely both with management and support staff
(including finance, administration and program) to ensure the day-to-day
activities are implemented according to schedule, budget and required quality.
The Program Coordinator will assist in outlining a strategic plan for program
implementation including identifying target areas/projects, methods of
operation for effective programming and maximum results.
Base location: Jakarta Selatan (Cilandak)
Job Qualification:
- Exceptional team management and leadership skills
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Bachelors, or Masters level education in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience focused on management of development programs to promoting sustainable development
- Commendable initiative, independence, integrity, and reliability
- Previous experience in community motivation and emergency response
- Creative thinker and strong communicator
- Definite social ethic and volunteer experience
- Logical and competent decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet
- Ability to work collaboratively
