Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist – Education Partnership Outreach Services

URS
is the managing contractor of the Education Partnership Outreach
Services (EPOS), providing project management and technical support. The
objective of EPOS is to deliver a public diplomacy and outreach program
that will ensure Australia’s profile as a partner supporting
Indonesia’s education development goals are both visible and recognised.
We are seeking
expressions of interest from Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Specialists who are fully conversant with the DFAT (former AusAID)
Performance Management and Evaluation Policy and M&E Standards, and
have a strong theoretical base with the ability to turn theory into
practice. The candidate will be able to develop, revise and implement
the M&E Plan and lead a small team, including undertaking training
and coordinating of national and international support team’s input into
M&E. The candidate must be able to write substantive program
reports in English.
In addition, you will have the following experience:
- Coordinating inputs from others in the team and undertaking the appropriate analysis and making recommendations for updating program strategy, implementation plan and M&E Plan.
- Development of Annual Performance Reports.
- Working in Indonesia.
- Be a highly effective communicator, with strong fluency in written and spoken English.
- Working on an Australian aid program is desirable.
- An understanding of the education sector in Indonesia is desirable.
- Bahasa Indonesia skills are highly desirable.
