management training and consultancy bureau with 30 years of solid experience in
international cooperation and sustainable development. We are an acknowledged
agency in this field with a relevant track record on local, regional and
international levels. MDF employs over 100 staff members and has 9 regional

Our services include open subscription courses, on-demand

Job description
- Serve as a trainer in MDF PI’s open-entry and tailor-made courses;
- Carry out consulting assignments in Indonesia and abroad in the above mentioned areas;
- Contribute to the further development of MDF products and courses;
- Travel and potentially work abroad for app. 3 months per year and willing to be based on Bali;
- Marketing and acquisition of MDF PI’s services to our clients.
Core competencies
- Required: sound knowledge of current international trends in leadership, management skills, Organisational Development and strategic planning;
- Desired: sound knowledge of, and experience with, outbound training and team building methodologies;
- Ability to conduct training and consultancy assignments in English and Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in English required).
Qualifications
- International Masters degree, studied or worked at least 1 year abroad;
- >5 yrs relevant private sector experience and >5 yrs relevant training experience in the above fields;
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing);
- Excellent communication and (proven) reporting skills;
- Open-minded, interactive and outspoken personality;
- Not a teacher but a facilitator;
- Able to work independently;
- Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international);
- Strong marketing and acquisition competencies and experiences in the private sector.
