In Indonesia, Coffey manages the Australia Awards and is currently
seeking applications for a National M&E Manager to be based in
Jakarta.
A key element of Australia Awards is to contribute the effective and
efficient implementation of the Australia Awards M&E system using
operational data available through the pre-award, on-award, post-award
and HRD activities. A particular focus will be working in partnership
with Government of Indonesia Key Agencies to assist in
developing/refining their M&E systems in scholarship data gathering
and reporting. Data analysis, identification of trends or anomalies,
reasons for trends/anomalies and recommendations based upon analysis is
highly valued by the program.
As the National M&E Manager you will work closely with the
International M&E Adviser to review and refine the M&E Strategy,
this may include amendments to the: program logic, log frame, M&E
framework and work plan. You will work with the International M&E
Advisor in generating the M&E system, tools and budget to support
the implementation of the strategy.
Furthermore, the National M&E
Manager will work collaboratively and strategically with the Data
Management and IT teams to ensure the appropriate capture of all
relevant data.
