is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
Building Relationship Manager
(Based in Jakarta)
Establish effective relationships between sponsored children, families, communities
and donors; including the effective management of all sponsorship
communications to ensure sustainability support of Plan Indonesia
sponsorship activities
Responsibilities:
· Develop goals for quality in all aspects of
sponsorship and building relationship’s aspect to ensure all programs and
sponsorship communication are implemented, gained, monitored and evaluated well
on a country wide basis
· Work in collaboration with Grant Manager and
other departments within the organization in order to maximize the accountability
of sponsorship effort
· Support the Program Units to ensure that
growth, phase-in & phase-out are
effectively managed and met
· Develop and monitor communication interaction
with NO (National Office) within agreed time-line to ensure customer
satisfaction and make sure all the information required delivered immediately
· Support the marketing administration process
which relates to organization images to ensure the availability of marketing
support for sponsorship activities
· Monitor sponsorship process administration in
all PU to ensure that sponsorship process are aligned with the standards and
procedures of Plan International
· Develop report to the regional office and
Country Management Team (CMT) as the basis of strategic decision making and
improvement in order to create networks to support sponsorship and building
relations efforts, sharing best practice of Plan Indonesia on a national,
regional and country wide basis
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in any dicipine
·
Demonstrated record of
excellence in sponsorship support
·
Min 8 year professional
experience in donor relationship management, at least five of which in a
management position
·
Minimum two years work
experience outside the geographical and cultural area of origin
·
Experience developing and
writing proposals and reporting
· Good knowledge and skills: Communication
skills, analytical and conceptual thinking, Building and managing teams,
networking, marketing, leadership, chrisis management, human resource
management, problem solving, negotiation skills.
· Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and
written)
Partnership Accountant
(Based in Jakarta)
The Partnership Accountant will have broad responsibility to conduct
assessment, review, monitoring, maintain documents/data base, and training for
partners in financial, budgeting, human resources, and administration aspects
of partners. The Partnership Accountant will follow up with partners and others
Plan staff to resolve any financial issues or variances.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’ or advanced degree or it equivalent
in finance and other related fields
· At least 5 years experience in finance with preferably
2 years handling partnership in International NGO
· Hands-on experience in financial and accounting
principles
· Familiar with policies and procedures for
program and budget planning
· Spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and
English
Finance & Admin Officeer (YEE EC Project)
(Based in East Nusa Tenggara - Soe)
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring finance/general administration in
projects/program in order to ensure that all of processes are in line with
company policy & procedure
· Managing general administration
· Supporting HR function in order to ensure that
all HR matters in accordance with company policy & procedure
· Manage in administration/inventories/office
stationary
Requirements:
· At least 3 years experienced in financial
administration
· Strong skills in teamwork, budgeting and developing
learning in area of expertise
· University degree in economics or management
preferably accounting
· Computer literate
· Strong English skills
