We
are currently recruiting a highly talented and motivated Project
Officer to manage and implement a portfolio of Kopernik’s Indonesian
projects. The position is based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Indonesian (knowledge of relevant local language a bonus).
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor degree (Masters degree preferred).
- Positive attitude, hard-working, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact.
- At least four years work experience. Prior experience working with rural communities essential.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to perform to a high level under limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fully computer literate.
- Willingness to travel to and work in rural villages.
- Can ride a motorcycle in off-road conditions and posseses valid drivers licence (SIM C).
- Location: Ubud, Bali with regular travel to project locations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage partnership with local partners.
- Organise training as needed for local partners, Tech Agents and Tech Kiosks.
- Monitor project implementation, technology distribution and repayment.
- Document the process through blogs, reports, photos and videos.
- Submit recommendations and plan for future projects.
- In collaboration with local partners, manage process of conducting baseline and follow up surveys, interviews and provide analytical reports on the data collected.
- Other duties as needed.
