Social Media Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

A professional with a technical background in social media and an understanding  of branding needs while exploiting this new medium. Capable to manage social media channels and execute engagement activities for Putera Sampoerna Foundation

Responsibilities:
  • As content provider for PSF channels as main responsibility and support initiatives or BU project 
  • Responsible for the content needed to feed on any campaign or activities through editorial plan 
  • Could advice and currate any form of content and tools from text, video and audio. 
  • Based on Digital Media plan, to prepare and implement editorial and content management plan in digital and social media platform for PSF 
  • To ensure the implementation of the Digital Media agreed work plan and to enhance its achievements. 
  • Develop Social Media reports and regular updates toCommunity Management Officerand highlighting the progress and issue of each project that he/she is handling. 
  • Prepare draft content for the website, social media and e-newsletters to be reviewed byCommunity Management Officer. 
  • Prepare draft editorial and content for social media (blog, twitter, facebook, etc.) and e-newsletters 
  • Ensuring all information about PSF/ Brand that goes to public is accurate;
  • Assist to responds to enquiries from public that came through digital and social media;
  • Assigned to execute content and answer all interactions in between 
  • In charge to collect results and measurements on each phase regurarly. 
  • Ensure consistency in branding, update frequency, and permissions on these sites. Look for abandoned accounts and remove.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from any bachelor degree, preferably graduates from Communications Studies / Social sciences 
  • Needs to be fully knowledgeable on the tools, techniques and philosophies of social media. 
  • Has minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in social media / digital marketing / digital media 
  • Has ability to write as well as edit article, news, and social media report (website content, FB and twitter status updates) 
  • Active in any social community / blogger community / social media enthusiasts 
  • Familiar with social media measurement tools such as Twittercounter, Hootsuite, Tweetreach etc
  • Able to work in team and meet the deadline 
  • Result oriented and able to work underpressure

Community Management Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
A professional with a technical background in social media, digital community management skill and understanding of branding needs. Capable to manage social media channels and execute community engagement of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation as well as its business units.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in management and moderation of online community to facilitate constructive interaction and member success 
  • Manage communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media channels 
  • Generate compelling editorial content for community and social media 
  • Work with internal resources to ensure steady flow of engaging, useful and accurate content for online community and web sites 
  • Collect and document business requirements, develop execution plans, and project manage the implementation of web projects
  • Setting the content strategy and developing and curating content for our social sites including our blog, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, and others 
  • Owning the project management of everything community related, including building an editorial calendar, managing agencies, and sourcing authors and content 
  • Developing the reporting and analysis for social – experience with social monitoring and listening tools, ability to articulate key metrics, and measure, analyze and report on qualitative and quantitative community usage
  • Work cross-functionally to define metrics and determine impact on business results 
  • Participating in the creative development of digital marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, and interactive design
  • Assisting in market research, including outlining objectives, establishing screening criteria, developing stimulus, fielding research, and presenting findings
