Job description:

Trainer / Consultant in Organisational Development, Good Governance, Bureaucratic Reform and, potentially, Leadership
Job description:
- Act as a trainer in MDF-PI's regular and tailor-made courses;
- Carry out consulting assignments in Indonesia and abroad in the above mentioned areas;
- Contribute to the further development of new MDF products and courses, such as public finance management and knowledge management;
- Travel and potentially work abroad for app. 3 months per year;
- Marketing and acquisition of MDF-PI's services to our clients.
Core competencies:
- Required: sound knowledge of current international trends in organisational development, good governance, bureaucratic reform;
- Desired: sound knowledge of leadership, HR, Change Management and/ or PFM;
- Ability to conduct training and consulting assignments in English and
Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required).
Qualifications:
- International Masters degree, worked at least 3 years in Indonesia;
- >5 yrs relevant Indonesian government sector experience and >2 yrs relevant training experience;
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Analytical and empathic, and excellent communication and (proven) reporting skills;
- Open-minded, interactive and outspoken personality;
- Not a teacher but a facilitator;
- Able to work independently;
- Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international).
