Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of drafting monthly financial statements, cost analysis, cash flow projections.
- Lead the process of daily reconciliation of accounts between branches and Head Office
- Apply a financial risk management framework including assessment of financial risks and the development strategies to manage and mitigate risks using managerial resources;
- Ensure that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner;
- Lead capital and operational budgeting;
- Carry out a proper and continuous analysis of the company financial resources and cash flow to ensure the availability of funding for the core lending business;
- Maintain appropriate financial management and reporting systems for internal use and for investors, Boards and other stakeholders;
- Ensure reliability and integrity of financial MIS and reports;
- Effectively manage strong processes and controls around cash movement and cash deployment;
- Be a core contributor to the yearly business planning process by providing financial analysis for growth strategy including different financial scenarios;
- Provide support to the Board of Directors in fundraising with international and domestic investors and lenders to ensure the funding needs of the Company according to financial projections are fulfilled in the most cost efficient way using money market instruments available;
- Regularly update accounting and finance policies and procedures;
- Liaison with external parties (i.e. external financial auditor).
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, or equivalent, and/or a CPA;
- 8 or more years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrated record of effective financial management and hands-on knowledge of international and Indonesian accounting standards and practices in addition to the financial sector’s regulatory and legal timeframes;
- Experience in managing financial accounting system of companies including a relevant number of branches, entailing complexities in financial control, accounts consolidation and cash management;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent computer skills (esp. MS Office applications, international and local accounting systems and software);
- Have a passion to work in business with double bottom lines of economic and social objectives;
- A proactive individual with proven experiences in anticipating challenges; and
- An honest person with Integrity.
