- Set up effective communication across cluster schools.
- Motivate and stimulate staff
- Sustaining the use and development of ICT tools and pedagogies
- Liaise with other clusters to ensure sharing across the clusters
- Collect evidence (data)
- Work with School Cluster to establish a two years strategic plan

- Staff will become confident and capable implementers of an effective pedagogy to suit the needs of 21st century learners.
- A shared understanding and teacher confidence and facility across the cluster.
- Increased and effective use of ICT by teachers and students in learning.

- Ongoing professional growth and development.
- Deepening of ownership.
- Introduction and implementation of ideas shared.
- Data to reflect an improvement in pedagogy of ICT use.
- Each Cluster School has established a strategic plan that is reflected in the budget and enables effective use of ICT to enhance learning.
- Regular visits to all schools.

Qualification for Facilitator:
Qualification for Facilitator:
- Lives in Yogyakarta
- Owns vehicle
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Experience in training for teachers and student (SD)
- Knowledge of Open Source (Ubuntu and SISFOKOL) is an advantage
- ICT knowledge base
- Troubleshooter habits
- Acurate and able to work under minimum supervision
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
