KEHATI – The Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation is a well-known,
independent, non-profit, self-sustained national grant-making
foundation, acting as the Administrator of a Debt for Nature Swap (DNS)
Program of Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCA) 2 for Kalimantan, is
now inviting professionals to apply for a full-time position as:
Project Secretary for TFCA Kalimantan.
Project Secretary for TFCA Kalimantan.
The Project Secretary will be responsible but not limited to these followings:
- Administer and maintain TFCA Kalimantan secretariat
- Maintain communication matters such as telephone, facsimile, etc.
- Prepare and attend meetings; the Oversight Committee (OC) meeting and other technical meetings as well as take notes as necessary.
- Provide meeting materials and other necessary documents inclusive compiling the minutes.
- Draft concept of letter (correspondence), record and forward incoming letter; send /receive letter or document in effective manner.
- Maintain and update filling system as necessary.
- Facilitate travel itinerary/arrangement including preparation of flight reservation and associated necessity.
- Assist registration process of concept paper and proposal submission.
- Assist in general procurement of office supplies and necessary equipments for TFCA Kalimantan requirements.
- Maintain and update TFCA Kalimantan inventory assets.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Program Director.
Key qualification:
- Minimum diploma / preferable bachelor degree (S1) from secretary, business administration/ management or literature.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of secretarial, administrative, management and related program.
- Sound knowledge of filling system and administrative duties
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Organizational, interpersonal skills and fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Meticulous, analytical thinking, self motivated, able to work independently or as part of team
- Work experience with national /international NGO and have good writing skill will be an advantage.
