#LOKER Project Coordinator - KOICA Jakarta

Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), a donor agency from Korean Government, needs urgently a personnel with details as follows:

Start Date : February 2013Term of Contract : 1 Year (extendable)Salary : NegotiableWorking Days : Monday to Friday (8.30 AM to 4.30 PM)Working Place : Jakarta Base (Domestics travels may be required) Job Desc. : Project Coordination
  • Provide information, data and reports for the KOICA projects in a timely manner as requested
  • Facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders in the project (Bappenas, Setneg, MOFA, MOF, Relevant Ministries, Local Government and others)
  • Ensure implementation of program activities, particularly meetings and plan these in advance
  • Responsible for monitoring of the project activities, including collation, minutes of meetings (MM) and ROD with ministries/organizations
  • Provide reports on field visit for the Korean survey teams
  • Provide progress reports and monitor the implementation of KOICA's projects
  • Participate in coordination meetings and workshops including handling the organization of events and workshops as necessary
  • Attend the project coordination/ planning/ evaluation meeting/ workshop
  • Manage dispatch of World Friends Advisor (WFA)
Administration
  • Provide support to Resident Representative and/or Deputy Resident Representative in documents and correspondenceand follow-ups
  • Perform general office/secretarial duties autonomously
  • Handle minute-taking of meeting and reports
  • Draft correspondence, ensure interpreting and translation as needed
  • Take responsibility for the proper use of vehicles, equipment and other assets
  • Monitor the arrangement and expiry of VISA for Korean Experts assigned to projects
Others
  • Do other tasks related to the KOICA project implementation as requested
Qualifications:
  • 2 Years of relevant work experience with international organization preferably with grant aid projects
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Management, Administration, Economics Development, Environment, ICT or others
  • Experienced in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of project & implementation program
  • Willing to develop a good teamwork with the Partnership staff; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the use of ICT
  • Having significant roles in lobbying and advocacy
  • Experience in procurement is an advantage
  • Excellent communication both in oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Profound knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax, scanner, e-mail, internet and its softwares)
  • Flexible, able to multi-task and work well in under pressure
