We are currently looking for candidates for the position
- Position: Finance & Admin Manager
- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
- Reports To: Country Representative - Project HOPE
- Supervisory Responsibility: Yes
- Managing organization’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines to HQ and Donors;
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring
- Improving Financial system and procedures
- Ensuring systems are in place to regularly review financial performance across the Institution and that managers are supported to undertake budget monitoring as part of the financial control framework
- Leading of production of accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, management of the ledger department, and all other accounting related activities
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting by quarterly
- Review Subgrant Contract with available budget
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for Partner report
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting by quarterly
- Managing personnel contract and other related human resource matter
- Maintain a complete filing system of electronic and paper-based financial records.
- Prepare, receive or review all procurement requisitions from the program officer and program staff and collect all necessary information and documents before submitting them for approval.
- Minimum bachelor degree in finance, accounting, tax, or another relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar duties as Finance Manager.
- Working experience in Local NGO or international donor-funded projects in Indonesia is a must.
- Hard-working, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software (Quick Book), HR, and Banking System skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English languages are required
