What we are looking for OXFAM will be hiring one consultant with the scope of works listed down as follows:
It can have a team in the consultancy with a maximum of two (2) people that will be playing a role as lead facilitator and co-facilitator. It is depending on the circumstance and experience s/he offers during the selection process based on his/her experiences.
Training (2 days)
- S/he will be analyzing the result of the survey provided by Planning Bureau to determine the type of material, ways to deliver, and training concept/methodology with the guide and coordination with OXFAM
- S/he will be facilitating Training to provide understanding the concept and principle of gender-based budgeting with the contents that have been reviewed and coordinated by OXFAM
- S/he will be working with Digital Database Programmer (OXFAM) to set up Zoom conference meeting and organizing invitation among participants, participant list records (e-sheet for presence and/or e-sign)
- S/he will be setting up his/her own internet connection including laptops and all materials to support his/her delivery
- S/he will wrap the session and inform participants what is going on to the next training session
- S/he will be recounting the summary of what is happening during the session in a report form containing (1) full name of participants and signatory/e-sign, (2) parking lot/questions, (3) interactions and progress of training delivery, (4) obstacle during the process
- S/he will be reporting back to OXFAM by submitting the report and conducting a presentation to CMT.
- OXFAM will provide input and suggestion as a take for everybody’s intake of betterment
