What we are looking for
We are looking for Safeguarding and Accountability Manager who will support the team by ensuring Donor’s trust by working with staff across the organization to promote good practice and effective communication on Oxfam’s safeguarding and Accountability policies, procedures and processes

The Role
This overall role is to prepare legal documents for partners and providing technical assistance for legal-documents consultation for other Oxfam departments, as needed, develop policies in safeguard and accountability in Oxfam in Indonesia with a thorough process, Maintain a thoughtful and deliberate relationship with local CSOs, WROs and private sector partners, ensuring compliance with Oxfam International's safeguarding standards and accountability mechanisms and also engage in prevention, detection and investigation of both safeguarding.

Essential - Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Competencies
  1. Preferable Bachelor Degree in Law but International Development, Social Science or relevant studies are also welcomed to apply with minimum 5 years’ experience in safeguarding roles or equivalent.
  2. Experience in GBV related works and preferably in Non-Profit Sector.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills (particularly active listening) able to engage with people of all identities in a non-judgmental manner.
  4. Demonstrate strong understanding of the country (Indonesia) cultural context about sexual exploitation, harassment, and abuse issues (SEA) and Child Safeguarding especially in the project/program implementation.
  5. Experience in handling sensitive matters. Mature attitude combined with good judgement, self-awareness, willing to ask for help.
  6. Prepared to deal with emotionally challenging situations.
  7. A team player person who able to collaborate with different function within an organization
