Currently, we are looking for two bright individuals to join our Early Career Programme as Apprentice Consultants. This is a full-time, paid, six-month contract role to be based in our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting project implementation delivered in collaboration with other consultants. This may include organizing project events, designing research instruments, participating in fieldwork, cleaning and analysing data, and others
- Supporting new business development through project bidding and networking
- A master degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience of working/doing research in development and public policy sector. Candidates with particular interest in quantitative research, social development, governance, and monitoring and evaluation are encouraged to apply
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in high-paced environments and as part of multicultural and diverse teams
