The Role
The purpose of Media and Communication Manager role is to predominantly provide a correspondence management for external communication through sign off procedures and policies in form of organisational letter, press release, written and visual publication as subset of positioning of Oxfam in Indonesia.

The Role

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a communications role, experience in working with International NGO is preferable.
- Have above-average communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Indonesian).
- Have proven ability to build relationships with diverse types of people, and be confident in dealing
- with very senior people.
- Be exceptionally well organised. You will have experience of working effectively under pressure,
- to tight deadlines, for long hours, whilst retaining good humour.
- Be able to produce high quality publicity materials, and to design and edit web pages
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgement and solve problems
- quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
