We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to continue The Foundation’s work in Indonesia. You will work closely with our implementing partners, guiding them on effective planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of their activities. Your energy for our goal of ending avoidable blindness, along with well-developed project management skills will match our need to keep delivering programs that continue to have influence in strengthening the health system in Indonesia.
Essential criteria include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Development; Master’s Degree will be an advantage
- Strong Experience in Project Management in Public Health within the International development sector
- Demonstrated effective supervisory experience guiding program staff to achieve program outcomes
- Demonstrated results in building relationships and influencing at all levels in the government.
- Excellent written and verbal English along with fluency in Indonesian language
