A waste collection app company in Pasar Kemis District, Tangerang Regency is looking for a Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible to train costumer and worker to use the Waste Collection App under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Scope of work:
- Find potential customers and workers
- Promote Waste Collection App to neighborhoods and public place like schools and mosques
- Coordinate the training with sub district government, local NGO partner, and local waste bank communities
- Develop training framework
- Organize the customers and workers training
- Monitor and analyze of training impacts
- Write report and future planning of training events, based on needs
- May be assigned to other things according to Project Manager's instructions
- Understand and able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 years experience of community training and/or waste management
- Have knowledge about solid waste types and waste segregation at source
- Candidate that lives around Tangerang area are preferable
