DNetwork is a social project under the management of Annika Linden Centre, an incubator for impact and centre for excellence for nonprofit work, social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. DNetwork is committed to improving the lives of persons with physical disabilities in Indonesia by connecting employers with potential job seekers with disabilities efficiently through an online jobs portal and professional services.
Scope of Position
DNetwork is looking for a Project Manager to be part of the team to implement and supervise the running and growth of the organisation by taking ownership and reaching DNetwork’s mission, targets and goals. The selected candidate will manage a small team and a small-scale project, with a vision to scale and have more impact.

Main Responsibilities:
Program Management
Develop and manage programs that are effective, impactful and sustainable with the main focus on employment for people with disabilities through:
- Developing program planning and creating budget.
- Ensuring that the mission, vision and objectives of DNetwork are being reached, with the main focus on employment opportunities.
- Identifying and developing new ideas. Improving on and/or established ones to help shape the future of DNetwork
- Developing new and unique ways to improve operations of the organisation and to create new opportunities
- Conducting monitoring and evaluation on the programs to ensure it reached the goals and providing analysis on recommendation on process improvements.
- Developing, writing and producing reports. Able to write summaries in English and Bahasa Indonesia for public distribution
Manage and build an effective team that foster ownership, creativity and collaboration to be able to achieve the objectives and goals of DNetwork through:
- Supervising, training and delegating work to the team (staff, volunteers and contributors) to ensure they reach their goals
- Hiring and retaining staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for project activities.
- Building a positive culture and motivating the team to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation
- Working cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Being able to manage a small team, act as a good team player and work independently to reach deadlines and tasks.
Networking and Presence
Develop and maintain networks of stakeholders to work and collaborate with to achieve DNetwork’s visions and missions through:
- Developing and maintaining constructive and good working relationships with key stakeholders including: disability community leaders, educators, employers, supporters, government officials, non-profit leaders, and donors to further the mission of DNetwork
- Being able to represent DNetwork in donor, government, partner and community relations and regional events
- Overseeing DNetwork’s public brand and presence, including online and social media campaigns, multi-level marketing, earned media, and membership base
- Speaking, listening and writing in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- University Degree in management, business administration, communication or a related area
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role preferably with background of the non-profit sector
- Worked in the disability sector a plus
- Must have good managerial and leadership skills
- Clear communicator both verbally and written
- Presentable and dynamic personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa, good reporting writing and communication skills is required
