Project HOPE Job Vacancy: Finance Manager, Jakarta - Indonesian

Project HOPE is a global health and humanitarian relief organization, providing lasting solutions to health problems with the mission of helping people to help themselves. We are registered as Yayasan Project HOPE in Indonesia.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Position: Finance Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reports To: Country Representative - Project HOPE

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Managing organization’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines to HQ and Donors;
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring
  • Developed Financial system and procedures
  • Ensuring systems are in place to regularly review financial performance across the Institution and that budget managers are supported to undertake budget monitoring as part of the financial control framework
  • Production of accounts, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, payroll, management of the ledger department, and all other accounting related activities
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting by quarterly
  • Review Sub grant Contract with available budget
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for Partner report
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting by quarterly
  • Managing personnel contract and other related human resource matter

Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor degree in finance, accounting, tax, or other relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experiences performing similar duties as Finance Manager.
  • Working experience in Local NGO or international donor-funded project in Indonesia is a must.
  • Hard working and attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, and Banking System skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in written and oral English required Fluently in English, Bahasa and the local languages
  • Computer literacy particularly MS Office and Email
