Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun to build a national organization that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia. To this end, SC Indonesia has been designated as a “Prospect Member”. As ‘Prospect Member’ Indonesia has been identified as part of the next way of new member development, which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Indonesia has been authorized by member ballot to start fundraising locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong local governance structure and building key partnerships with local government, the private sector, local civil society among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a pathway to full membership.
We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
F2F Fundraising Trainer
1 position based in Jakarta

ROLE PURPOSE:
This role is to recruit, train, coach, set goals and manage fundraiser’s skills. The person in this role will spend 70% of their working hours in Fundraiser venue site, working with Team Leaders and Fundraisers in the site on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential
- Has experience working as a F2F Team Leader delivering stable individual and team performance results
- Success in developing one fundraiser in every month
- Has experience developing at least one standard training material for Fundraiser or any pitch communication plan
- Excellent communication skills with a very good drafting and presentation skills
- Has completed Team Leader Training
- Analytical and creative thinking for solutions
- Confident, initiative and good problem solving
- Performance driven strong attitude and approach
- Has completed Team Leader Training
- High commitment to the vision and mission of F2F Program
Desirable
- Knowledge of face to face fundraising program
