future for all. To achieve the above mentioned objectives Greenpeace
Indonesia run campaigns in different areas.
In
regards to the above, Greenpeace Indonesia is currently seeking
comprehensive and quality Consultant HRIS & Compensation Benefit
Scope of Work
The
consultant will support HR in all human resource activities, develop a
comprehensive system and structure for human resource management, and
disseminate and institutionalize HR policies and procedures related with
HRIS and Comben throughout GPSEA.
S/he
will assist the GPSEA to appropriately manage the human resource issues
related to the implementation of HRIS and Comben. S/he will also train
and mentor staff in particular the HR team and ensure there is a
transfer of knowledge.
The detailed roles and responsibilities of the consultant will be to support HR team to:
- Carry out a change management process for HRIS and Comben Policies and Procedures to ensure smooth implementation across GPSEA
- Ensure the development and maintenance of a comprehensive HRIS database for GPSEA
- Work with the Change Management Team within GPSEA to ensure that the necessary processes are in place
- Capacity transfer to the staff within the human resource team.
- Other duties and tasks as may be directed by Human Resources Director
Expected outputs from the consultancy
The consultant will be required to provide the following outputs:
- Detailed work plan for the first year submitted for approval within one month of signing contract.
- Strategy and Implementation Plan
- Action plan/critical path in place for HR issues related to the change management process.
Performance Criteria
The
following performance criteria will be used to assess the performance
of the Human Resource Expert at regular intervals and based upon which
the contract with the GPSEA may be continued or terminated:
- Quality of documentation
- Quality, timeliness, and comprehensiveness of HR database for GPSEA
- Quality and timeliness of monthly and quarterly reports
- Implementation of various components and processes related to HRIS and Comben related issues
Implementation arrangements
- S/he will report to the Human Resources Director.
- The consultant will work in close collaboration with the Indonesia Country Human Resources Manager.
Assignment Period and Work Location
- The period of assignment will be for 1 (one) year with the possibility of extension.
- Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Terms of payment
Payment will be made monthly at the end of each month upon receipt of invoice.
Qualifications and experience required
The
Consultant will have not less than 10-year experience in human resource
management particularly has in-depth knowledge of HRIS and Comben.
Educational and professional qualifications will include:
- MBA or equivalent masters degree is preferred.
- Experience of working on change management issues within INGO
- At least five years managerial experience dealing with team and organizational building, preferably in INGO
- A knowledge of modern HRIS and Comben techniques and an understanding of organizational theory and practice with regard to the INGO sector
- Ability to mentor staff and facilitate learning by doing
- Excellent skills in project management demonstrated in previous jobs
- Proven track record in working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Computer proficiency in standard office applications (Spread sheets, word processing, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills
- Fluency in English.
