Technical Program Livelihood Coordinator
Major Roles:
The purpose of Technical Program Livelihood Coordinator position is to improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families by responsible to do, the planning, implementation and monitoring of Livelihood program in Area Program is met organization and donor standard. The responsibility is also applied during emergency situation, as this position is responsible to advise the AP Manager of areas of concern, opportunity and constraints in Livelihood sector.
Locations : Area Program Sipado - Palu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Economic, Business or Social Economic Agriculture
- At least 2 years experiences in implementing livelihood or economic & agriculture development programming.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Well understanding of child protection issues and program.
Community Engagement and Sponsorship Planning Coordinator
Major Roles:
The purpose of position is to improve and sustain the well-being of children and families by responsible to do in implementing Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan
Locations : Area Program Sipado - Palu
Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor degree in statistics.
- 2 years experiences in sponsorship and child protection work.
- Understanding of community engagement program.
- Good English skill with Min. TOEFL score 500.
Area Program Manager
Major Roles:
This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and management for Area Programs (AP) in accordance with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectors, disaster preparedness plan) and all organization‘ policies and standard. The position is also responsible to ensure the quality of ministry in AP area by managing and coordinating AP staff, developing and strengthening cooperation with partners.
Locations : Area Program Parimo - Kotaraya Kab. Parigi Moutong
Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor degree majoring social development or any other relevant field.
- Complete Project Management for NGO course. Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Coordinator
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong conceptual understanding in basic DME functions (LEAP).
- English skill with min TOEFL score 450.
