Kehijau Berbak Green Prosperity Partnership in Jambi, presently is urgently required position as follows:
Temporary Administration and Finance Staff (2 persons)
Duration: 2,5 months
Duty station: Jambi
Keynote Responsibilities:
- Administer the project and financial document (filling, scanning, etc.)
- Ensure all vouchers document are adequate supporting document and following MCA-I guideline in general and specific Program such as training , Deliverable, Travel policy, etc.
- Other administrative responsible as per requested by supervisor
- Minimum D3
- Having administrative skills
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Having good communication skills, written and oral
- Computer skills, including internet, minimum MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Attention to detail and number
- Working experience in NGO or Audit Firm is advantage
