Berbak Green Prosperity Partnership Job Vacancy: Administration and Finance Staff, Jambi

Kehijau Berbak Green Prosperity Partnership in Jambi, presently is urgently required position as follows:

Temporary Administration and Finance Staff (2 persons)
Duration: 2,5 months
Duty station: Jambi

Keynote Responsibilities:
  • Administer the project and financial document (filling, scanning, etc.)
  • Ensure all  vouchers  document are adequate supporting document and following MCA-I guideline in general and specific Program such as training , Deliverable, Travel  policy, etc.
  • Other administrative responsible as per requested by supervisor
Criteria:
  • Minimum D3
  • Having administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Having good communication skills, written and oral
  • Computer skills, including internet, minimum MS Word, MS Excel, and email
  • Attention to detail and number
  • Working experience in NGO or Audit Firm  is advantage
