Compassion Indonesia Foundation, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivate staff for the position below:

Manager of  Partnership (Manado Office)

Specific Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. Equivalent education, experience, training, and certification may be substituted for education. 
  • At least 3 years experiences in this position
  • Ability to acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children
  • Ability to provides leadership and development to direct reports.
  • Ability to contributes to or prepares and administers the annual budget and departmental expenses, ensuring accountability for ontime completion of deliverables based on department objectives, SLAs, and other Compassion standards, ensuring
  • Ability to leads team implementation of Local Program Design based on the Global Outcomes Framework.
  • Ability to selects, manages and develops assigned staff, establishing goals and objectives, coaching and managing performance, including discipline, motivation, and annual reviews; supports continuous learning and development that enhances individual performance and organizational capability
  • Ability to compliance with regulatory and board policies.
  • Ability to speak fluent English and at least one language from the assigned geographic region. 
Program Support Specialist - Survival and Early Childhood Brief (Bandung Office) 

Specific Requirements 
  • University degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Public Health, Pediatric Health, Social Work or other related field. Advanced coursework preferred 
  • Seven years Experience working in this or similar position or field.
  • Ability to think strategically, create detailed plans and execute efficiently.
  • Ability to design, implement and evaluate survival and/or early childhood programs.
  • Ability to support, train and coach program generalists in survival and early childhood programming implementation.
  • Ability to make recommendations on program delivery and influence peers.
  • Understanding of the importance of good quality monitoring data in an overall Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) framework.
  • Ability to assess multiple data sources/information and make and communicate decisions. 
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions across multiple working groups and departments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cultural sensitivity and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to network with other ministries and organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
