WWF Indonesia Job Vacancy: GIS Officer - Malinau, North Kalimantan

WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of GIS Officer.

This position will be based in Malinau and report to Forest Governance Senior Officer.The job holder will be responsible to provide both spatial and non-spatial data (socio-economy, biodiversity and its threats) as well as its data analysis, and process the data for the HoB North Kalimantan project activities in order to ensure the implementation and advancement of the sustainable land-use through the spatial planning in North Kalimantan Province, especially for Malinau, Nunukan and Bulungan regencies and other related adjacent conservation areas.

Requirements for This Position are:
  • Minimum of bachelor degree from Forestry, Geography and Geology
  • 2-4 years of experience in related field
