- Min S1-Degree any discipline and above 27 Year of Age.
- Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill.
- Min: 5 years experience working in Social ministry dealing with children/youth.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work with only occasional supervision and willing to be placed
- Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software.
- Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills and customer oriented
- Willing to travel in a long term

- Delivers formal and informal learning solutions including areas such as child development, child protections, and health interventions. Combines platform delivery and a variety of facilitation skills to create meaningful and engaging group experiences. Develops and implements activities to contextualize content and reinforce key learnings and assess effectiveness. Assesses and reports learner performance and training transfer. Compiles and assesses data to measure performance and program effectiveness.
- Creates a dynamic learning environment to meet specific learning objectives, guiding participants, in small and medium group settings, through structured learning and interaction using various facilitation techniques, adjusting style as necessary for culture and knowledge level.
- May participate in auditing and evaluating existing content, assesses needs and results, assists with development of new programs, modifies existing programs, or recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans and coordinates logistics for training events and delivers learning opportunities for small and medium. May select, oversee, and evaluate training and learning vendors to provide, develop, and/or deliver training for program employees or church partners.
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
- Strong group facilitation skills.
- Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies.
- Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross - organizationally.

- Develops tools and instruments for use throughout the monitoring function that enable the partners and the program team to conduct empirical assessment through baseline surveys at the onset of partnerships and use the similar instruments to keep track of progress through generation of monitoring and evaluation reports, analyzes high quality baseline/needs assessment data to inform program design.
- Monitors partnership dashboards to track critical program dimensions and performance and enables the National Office to see meaningful improvements or decline in performance. Conducts complex analysis and interpretation of dashboard metrics movement and makes recommendations to the partnership facilitator, program support, and leadership as needed.
- Is responsible for budgeting and planning for baseline surveys and other monitoring and evaluation activities in the National office and/or assigned region.
- May coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the monitoring and evaluation discipline.
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the brand in the market
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Solves moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
