- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Public Relation or other relevant field of studies
- 2-3 years in customer services area (preferred in non-profit organization)
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and database
- Good analytical skills and a creative and innovative thinker.
- Good communication (speaking and writing) skills in English.
