WWF-IDN is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of: Remuneration Officer, Jakarta

This position will be based in Jakarta and report to HR Operation Coordinator. The job holder will be responsible to identify supports needed by WWF-Indonesia through methods management, standard tools and documents, providing advice and information, as well as developing the effective and efficient policies related to remuneration for staffs of WWF-Indonesia in accordance with the processes and procedures of signed-personnel policies, in order to support the operation and support the achievement of the organization.

Requirements for This Position are:
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting, Human Resource Management, or another related field. S2 degree are preferable
  • At least 4 years experience in the related field for S1, while 2-year experiences in related field for S2.
