South Pole Group Job Vacancy: Junior Designer - Jakarta, Indonesian

Job Description

Our global Marketing is gearing up to take the company to its next level. We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful young professional who complements our team. Working closely with the Director Marketing and Communications and the Designer, you will support all of our collateral production and design processes. This is a challenging position allowing plenty of room to grow. We are searching a young and enthusiastic professional who is willing to learn and who shall become an important puzzle piece in the global Marketing team. You should be passionate about helping to save the climate as part of your daily work. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

Design support — you will be instrumental to build and to strengthen our corporate identity and brand
  • Design graphics for PowerPoint presentations, proposals and reports 
  • Review and enhance PowerPoint presentations from a design point of view 
  • Design marketing deliverables for campaigns, e.g. event banners, email headers, pull-ups, post cards, etc. 
  • Support the continuous evolution and development of our brand
  • Design work for the corporate website, the readyfor2020.com blog and social media 
  • Video editing, such as cutting, adding subtitles and animations
  • Photo editing
Collateral production — you will ensure that South Pole Group documents are the most attractive they can be
  • Design of corporate and product-level collateral within corporate identity framework templates, such as tenders,
    fact sheets, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Ensure that the collateral tracking system is always updated
  • Provide monthly updates on new collateral for internal newsletter
Job Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in graphic design or online publishing 
  • Job experience: 1 to 2 years, agency experience preferred
  • Result-oriented work approach with the ability to work quickly from concept creation to the finished product
  • Creative flair and excellent know-how of design programs & tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and
    Illustrator)
  • Passion for environmental issues and understanding of sustainability, CSR and related topics 
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, global team as well as independently
  • Eagerness to grow and learn in an evolving environment 
  • Good English language skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft office programs
