Requirements and classification as below:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years related experience preferably in health fields, especially HIV/AIDS
- Have the ability to develop the study and use of the data to be integrated to the development of the work plan
- Able to provide strategic plans, work plans, and monitoring and evaluation
- Create and analyze reports for the program then sets the strategy and follow-up action plan
- Coordinate and collaborate both internally and externally to ensure implementation of the program
- Independent, objective, analytical, accurate, communicative and sociable
- Excellent written and spoken English is required
- Strong functionality with computers and software, particularly Microsoft Office
- Experience in handling of web
- Prior of management experience
- Willing to travel
