Background
Program Representasi is a five-year USAID-funded project designed to
strengthen democracy and good governance in Indonesia by promoting
better informed and more representative legislative and policymaking
processes.
As per the ProRep contract with USAID, ProRep is required to develop
and maintain a monitoring and evaluation database that includes key
information on the project. Key information includes 1) grantee data, 2)
activity details and 3) indicator achievement evidence and supporting
documentation. These pieces of information are critical in identifying
ProRep progress and ultimate effectiveness and impact. ProRep key
information is currently located in the following areas:
- Database
- M&E team files (soft and/or hard copy)
- Technical team files
To collect, organize, verify and input all key information into the
ProRep database, ProRep needs to hire a Short-term (ST) M&E Data
Verification Assistant.

Counterparts
During the course of supporting the activities, the verification
Assistant will consult with ProRep Monitoring and Evaluation Officer,
Diana Saadah, and Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, Amanda Stek.
Level of Effort (LoE) & Schedule
The Short-term (ST) M&E Data Verification Assistant will allocate
25 days Level of Effort (LOE) during working days in December, and
January to complete the above tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College/University (S1) degree
- Minimum of two years work experience
- Proven experience (one year minimum) with monitoring and evaluation systems, data systems, or document verification
- Proven experience with USAID development projects
- Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; Intermediate English language capability preferred
